Police Component's ACHPR Course is Concluded
The Police Component of Eastern African Standby Force rolled out and successfully concluded a African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR) course from 6th to 10th August 2018 at the International Peace Support Training Center (IPSTC) in Nairobi, Kenya.
EASF Successfully Conducts Civilian Foundation Course
The Eastern Africa Standby Force successfully conducted the second of the three planned Civilian Foundation Courses for the year 2018 from Monday 30th July to Friday 10th August 2018 at the Humanitarian Peace Support School (HPSS) in Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya.
EASF Concludes Deployment in Comoros
The Eastern Africa Standby Force (EASF) has concluded the deployment of an Election Observer Mission in the Union of Comoros. The mission comprised of 13 observers from EASF Member States who had arrived in the country four days ahead of the 30th July referendum.
