The Pearl of Africa Hosts EASF’s High-Level Meetings
The 30th Ordinary Session of EASF's Policy Organs' Meetings (POM) was officially opened today Monday 13th of December, 2021 at the Speke Resort, in Munyonyo, Uganda. POM is a series of three high-level meetings conducted as per the EASF regulations.
Kenya's Jamhuri Day
Jamhuri Day (Republic Day) is a national holiday in Kenya, celebrated on 12th December each year. Jamhuri Day is meant to officially mark the date when Kenya became a republic on 12th December 1964, one year and six months after gaining internal self-rule on 1st June 1963 from the United Kingdom.
