After Action Review (AAR) for CPX 2014
EASF is conducting an After Action Review (AAR) conference in Kampala, Uganda from 1st to 5th December 2014.
The aim of the conference is to analyse the recently concluded Command Post Exercise (CPX Mashariki Salam 2014 which took place in the city of Adama, Ethiopia from 9th to 22nd November 2014. The AAR will further confirm the readiness of EASF for Full Operational Capability (FOC)..
The conference will provide an opportunity to assess various areas of the planning and conduct of CPX 2014. Specific areas to be assessed include (i) Exercise Planning and Design (ii) Command and Control structure (iii) Conduct of Operations (iv) Training (vi) Sustainment (vii) Communication and (viii) Recovery.
A total of forty one representatives from EASF structures, evaluation team, key appointees from EASF Member States, EASF staff and technical advisors are participating.
