EASF Management Retreat
EASF Management Staff participated in a retreat from 26th to 29th February in Naivasha, Kenya.
The main aim of the retreat was to reflect on the performance of EASF structures and components for the year 2015 and to address related issues and to strategize for the next period.
The main aim of the retreat was to reflect on the performance of EASF structures and components for the year 2015 and to address related issues and to strategize for the next period. Topics of discussion included a SWOT Analysis of EASF, the Strategic Plan 2015 – 2020, status of implementation of the Activity Plan 2016 and the EASF Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.
A total of twenty officers from all EASF structures and components, as well as Friends of EASF, participated in the four-day retreat.
