EASF Observers Deployed in Rwanda for General Elections

The EASF-EOM is led by H.E Ambassador Kennedy Mokaya, from the Republic of Kenya, assisted by Honourable Madame Moinaecha Mroudjae and the Deputy Head of Mission Mr. Ali Said Bacar from Comoros.

The EASF-EOM comprises 20 short-term observers drawn from the 10 Member States, the mission is expected to issue its preliminary statement containing initial findings and recommendations on the conduct of the elections on 17^th  July 2024.
