‘’On behalf of the EASF Director, I wish to express our most sincere gratitude to the donor, APSA for its continuous support and I also express gratitude to the Government and the people of Rwanda for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to all of us.’’

The course was aimed at developing the skills of the participants with EASF's Operational Planning Process (OPP) and provides participants with tools to conduct operational planning, whereby Military, Civilian, Police and Mission Support Components are integrated into a single Mission Plan.
