EASF Staff Management Retreat

EASF conducted a Management Staff retreat in Nairobi from 4th to 8th November 2013. In his opening statement, Maj Gen (rtd) Cyrille Ndayirukiye, Director of EASFCOM, emphasized the importance of the retreat in helping to address issues related to management of EASF. 

He encouraged the participants to take advantage of this unique opportunity to brainstorm on the various issues affecting EASF staff and to identify solutions that would assist the organization to improve its overall performance and productivity. 

Participants discussed issues regarding service regulations, financial and procurement guidelines among others, and made several recommendations. 

Management staff from all EASF structures and components, as well as Friends of EASF, participated in the five-day retreat which was concluded on 8th November 2013.
