EASF Leadership Conducts Annual Progress Review

The Eastern Africa Standby Force conducted a one-day Executive Management meeting to review the progress of the organization during the year 2021 on 18th November 2021 at the Secretariat in Karen, Nairobi.

The Executive Management meeting, chaired by the Director, Brig Gen Getachew Shiferaw Fayisa, comprised Heads of Departments, Heads of Components as well as Heads of EASF Structures. The meeting sought to conduct an in-depth analysis of the achievements made by the Standby Force and shortcomings across its entire spectrum.

Such reflections are crucial in providing a common pivotal point upon which the activities pegged to future time-lines can be streamlined and optimized. The achievements and gaps identified will play a key role in defining the way forward for the organization in future.
