Brig (Rtd) Paul Kahuria Njema, the Director of the Eastern Africa Standby Force, was a key participant in the 45th Ordinary Session of the African Union (AU) Executive Council and the 6th mid-year coordination Meetings of the AU Regional Economic Communities, held in Accra, Ghana.
EASF Election Observer Mission Delegation in Meetings with Various Ministries in the Republic of Rwanda
On July 14, 2024, the Rwandan Minister of Defense, Hon. Juvenal MARIZAMUNDA, received the Head of the Eastern Africa Standby Force Election Observer Mission, Ambassador Kennedy Mokaya, alongside the Vice-Chair of EASF Panel of Elders, Ambassador Mwenyesha Mrugai, and the Deputy Head of Mission, Mr. Bacar Ali Said.
