A Word of Appreciation on Mission Accomplishment

The Head of EASF Elections Observations Mission to Comoros who is the former Burundi Minister for Defence, Lt Gen. (RTD) Germaine Niyoyankana, the Deputy Head of Mission who is also the current Head of EASF Civilian Component Mr. Steve Lalande and the EASF Management Team

would like on behalf of the EASF Director, Dr. Abdillahi Omar Bouh, to sincerely thank the EASF Elections' Observers.

The Mission Leadership acknowledges and appreciates the profound commitment shown by the Observers to the people of the Union of Comoros and to EASF at the same time. The Observers exercised hard work, professionalism, bravery and courage demonstrating the spirit of one vision, one mission and one team.

The mission experience, which came to an end on 26th March 2019, was of mutual benefit to all parties involved.
