In accordance with EASF's Rotation Matrix, the Secretariat in Karen, Nairobi, bid farewell to Officers from the Planning Element (PlanElm) and welcomed their replacements as well as a new Technical Advisor on Friday 11th May 2018.

On behalf of the entire EASF fraternity, the Director, Dr. Abdillahi Omar Bouh expressed his gratitude to the respective Member States for availing dedicated Officers to serve at the Secretariat. Among other contributions, the Officers have played key roles in organizing and coordinating Planning Element's (PlanElms) activities including Peace Support Operations' trainings.
