EASF Strategic Movement Workshop Comes to a Close

An EASF Strategic Movement Workshop, which started on Monday 12th November at the Logistics Base in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, came to a successful conclusion on 16th November 2018.

The Workshop aimed at equipping participants with relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes on Strategic Movement Planning that would strengthen their capacity to enable them take part in deployment, sustainment, rotation and redeployment planning of Logistic Officers in Peace Support Operations.

A total of twenty officers including those from the three Planning Elements' components, i.e. Civilian, Military and Police, Technical Advisors as well as EASF Staff, took part in the workshop.

The Strategic Movement Workshop was funded by the Nordic Advisory and Coordination Staff (NACS), based at the EASF Secretariat in Karen, Nairobi.
