"Celebrating Women and Advancing the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda"

My heart warms up every time I see more women being encouraged, supported and empowered to actively participate in matters of peace and security. I see more women being admitted to the negotiation table, more women exercising their democratic rights and even more women in peace missions around the globe. This means more inclusivity which in turn translates to better dialogues, better mediation and more effective preventive diplomacy. So let's all embrace and promote women in all aspects of life but most importantly, promote the Women, Peace and Security agenda.
