EASF Completes Workshop on Organizational Review

EASF held a workshop from 4^th to 6^th of May 2022, whose aim was to conduct an organizational review in order to undertake an in-depth analysis of current organizational functions. Considering that current EASF structures have been in operation since 2014, the environment in which the EASF operates has tremendously changed.

In view of this, it is deemed necessary that an organizational review be done with the aim of enhancing and making specific recommendations for improving performance if EASF is to effectively respond to emerging challenges and deliver satisfactorily in the ever-changing environment.

The Workshop was attended by participants drawn from all Structures and Components of EASF under the leadership of the EASF Director, Brig Gen Getachew Shiferaw Fayisa.
